Segment 1 invites you to notice how busy your mind is and explains the benefits of mindfulness. Segment 2 describes the four ways that your mind drifts out of the moment. In Segment 3, we learn how returning the mind is like a mental gym, building gray matter and connections in key parts of the brain.
Segment 4 explains the best posture for formal practice and offers a guided practice. The final segment provides an overview of the Mindfulness Essentials class, as well as a breathing practice which will give you immediate relaxation in your body and mind.
