Finding Clarity and Ease in Nature

There is growing research linking the benefits of spending time in nature to greater health and wellness. Bringing mindfulness to the experience of nature helps with awakening your senses to be present fully and connected with the environment. Mindfulness in nature can support you in being present to your inner and outer experiences creating clarity for responding instead of reacting.
