This 6-week class provides an introduction to the qualities we can cultivate through mindfulness which increases our overall sense of well-being, including equanimity, gratitude, appreciative joy, generosity, loving kindness, and compassion. All of these teachings are found in the world’s great wisdom traditions, but mindfulness provides specific ways of cultivating our minds and hearts in these qualities. This class is a follow-up to the beginning mindfulness course.
These classes are interchangeable; if you miss your class you may attend another class during the same week. Those who have taken the class before may take this class for free as a refresher course.
